Savannah Bananas Coming To Charlotte To Play ‘Banana Ball Champion League’ at Bank of America Stadium

The legendary Savannah Bananas are coming to Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium on June 7, 2025, as part of their 39-game ‘Banana Ball Champion League’ nationwide tour.

The Bananas will compete against the Party Animals in 18 Major League Baseball stadiums and three football stadiums, including Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium, Memorial Stadium in Clemson, and Nissan Stadium in Tennessee.

Tickets will be available via a lottery system, with the lottery closing on November 1. Fans must apply early for a chance to see this unconventional game in person.

The Bananas have gained national attention for transforming baseball with entertainment and crowd engagement, making each game a memorable experience. The team’s unique rules, including a two-hour time limit and no walks, have attracted a large fanbase. The game in Charlotte promises to be an exciting event for sports enthusiasts and newcomers alike, bringing a different flavor of sports entertainment to the Queen City.

Collaborating with the Charlotte Sports Foundation and Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the Bananas’ event is set to transform the Panthers’ home stadium into a baseball field for a night. Fans are encouraged to prepare for a lively evening of baseball, fun, and entertainment. Tickets for the event will officially go on sale two months prior to the game, offering a rare opportunity to witness this one-of-a-kind baseball spectacle.
