The Hornets faced early resistance from the Kings, trading blows throughout the first half. Their first 3-pointer came from Jake Stephens in the third quarter, marking a game-changing moment. The Hornets dominated the third quarter with a 23-9 scoring advantage. Although the Kings made a run in the fourth quarter, the Hornets answered back and secured the win.
