Due To Charlotte’s Sky-High Rents – South End Building Carolina’s First ‘Co-Living’ Community

In response to Charlotte’s climbing rental prices, with the median cost for a two-bedroom apartment now reaching $1,421 per month, German firm Habyt is launching the Carolina’s first co-living community in South End.

Foster Flats, located at 201 Foster Ave., is currently accepting applications for their new innovative housing solution.

Designed to address affordability concerns, the development offers residents private bedrooms within two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, while kitchens, living rooms, balconies, and hallways are shared spaces.
