Charlotte City leaders just approved a $5 million package for new affordable housing, targeting multifamily rentals and homeownership through the city’s Housing Trust Fund.

This new round of funding will create 140 affordable rental units and 19 homeownership opportunities within the next 2 years, including public investments in the Little’s Landing, Mallard at Sugar Creek, Grounds for Change, and Legacy Vista projects.
