New research reinforces Charlotte’s status as one of America’s top financial hubs.
In new rankings for 2024, researchers at Banking Rates analyzed more than 100 of the nation’s largest banks to uncover the best in the country. In addition to their overall ranking of America’s Best National Banks, they also selected winners for Best Online Banks, Best Money Market Accounts and Best CD, among others.
Their findings show multiple Charlotte-based banks ranked among the best in America.
- Bank of America and Wells Fargo both ranked among the 10 Best National Banks in the nation.
- Ally dominated the other rankings, winning in three separate categories: Best Online Banks, Best CD and Best Money Market Accounts.
- Truist won in two separate categories: Best Premium Checking Accounts and Best Checking Accounts.
